Terms of service
Effective 2026-10-14. Operated by AutoTenth ("AutoTenth", "we").
By creating an account or using AutoTenth you agree to these terms.
The service
AutoTenth drafts time entries and billing narratives from calendar, email, document and desktop activity. You review and approve every entry, then export to CSV or LEDES 1998B, or sync to Clio where that connection is enabled. Connections shown as "needs setup" are not available yet.
You are responsible for your bills
- Drafts are suggestions. Check the matter, the time and the narrative before you approve and before anything goes to a client.
- AutoTenth is not a law firm, gives no legal advice and does not form an attorney-client relationship.
- You are responsible for compliance with your billing agreements, ethics rules and confidentiality duties.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in and device tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service to collect data from people who have not agreed to it, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it.
Price, trial and cancellation
- The Solo plan is $49 per lawyer per 30 days, with a 14-day free trial, billed through Whop.
- You can cancel at any time from your Whop membership. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Ask us about refunds; we review requests case by case.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to run the service as described in the privacy policy. You can export your entries at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost billings.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell account owners by email before material changes apply. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
